BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Peak Season: June 1-September 6 -- Weekly Minimum Stay (Saturday-Saturday)

Winter Season: September 7-May 31 -- 3 Night Minimum Stay

RATES (plus California occupancy tax of 10.5%)

Peak Season: June 1-September 6 $2,800/Week

Winter Season: September 7-May 31 $1,800/Week; $250 Night; $300 Weekend (Friday/Saturday) Night

DEPOSIT/DEPOSIT REFUNDS
A $800 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The security deposit refunds are normally mailed out to you within a few days after departure to insure reimbursement for any damage, repairs, and cleaning costs.

BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Payment in full for summer months is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer months (June – August); 30 days prior to arrival for all other months. A map and entry instructions will be sent upon receipt of payment.

LATE CHECK OUT
There is a $35.00 per hour late checkout fee unless written permission is given.

CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 60 days prior to arrival: $100.00
60 to 30 days prior to arrival: $200.00

Full payment is non-refundable
If reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and we are unable to re-rent the house at full price.

Not responsible for lost or stolen items.

NO SMOKING/PETS/HOUSE PARTIES
